A Fall Tablescape
We live in a 590 square foot apartment, yet one of the things I was adamant on having was a dining table. While we definitely don't eat our dinners at it every night, it allows us to have friends and family over and have a nice sit down meal. I work at a homewares and textiles company and so you better believe I have a drawer brimming with napkins, placemats, and table runners. It gets a little out of control to be honest. That being said I love setting the table for dinner, whether super simple or a little extra special like in this Fall tablescape. Investing in some great table linens and dinnerware is always a good idea in my books. To spruce things up you can never go wrong with candles and some flowers or produce. I picked up the candlesticks from my local thrift shop for a couple bucks a piece and the persimmons and pears from my grocery store. Eucalyptus sprigs on a napkin are simple but pretty and can be popped into a bud vase after use. For dinner I would serve some cozy comfort food and for dessert this rustic apple galette.
